Keith Burgeson is a New Jersey native with degrees in plant-based nutrition and advertising. He has served multiple terms with AmeriCorps—which is the U.S. version of the Peace Corps—focusing on community-driven volunteer engagement and hunger relief. Before joining the PETA team, he worked as an Animal Caregiver with Farm Sanctuary. Now he helps new vegans follow healthier, more compassionate lives through PETA’s Vegan Mentor Program.
