Superhero Syndrome and Your Design Business. Wouldn't it be cool if we had super powers? The ability to fly, teleport or turn invisible. Unfortunately none of these are possible. However, some entrepreneurs, creatives in particular are often affected with something called Superhero Syndrome. It's when we want to wear all the hats in our business which could lead to burn out. Symptoms of Superhero Syndrome include  Trying to save money by doing everything yourself If something needs doing and you don't know how, you teach yourself.
