INTRODUCTION
Author Rachel Hollis declares straightway that her book is about the cruel lies that women are led to believe and the one important truth that they must come to realize. According to Hollis, this truth

Realizing our full potential is always one right decision away. Rachel Hollis likens being good enough
to the metamorphosis of a caterpillar: in order to complete such magnificent transformation, acceptance of one’s current state of life must be accompanied by efforts towards the actualization of one’s full potential.
Becoming your own beautiful butterfly is not as easy as it seems. We would have to determine and systematically destroy
