Wayne is known for the success that his students and readers of his books have. He is a trader trainer, coach and entrepreneur in demand. From his base in Copenhagen, this demand has led to trader training & speaking engagements in the United States, China, Jamaica, Norway, United Kingdom, Sweden, etc. Prior to Europe, he was based in New York City. His books are used to teach some of the world's brightest for ex. at Copenhagen Business School & Nanjing University. Introduction: Why this book?
The question that must be answered for any book of this type is, why? What’s the point? Am I just filling the pages with words, or is there some clear value that will be provided to the readers. I will skip the suspense. I believe this book accomplishes the goal of delivering value in as many pages that are needed but without excess (my other books are known for getting to the point).
In the following pages, I will share, in straight talk, what is needed to open the doors to a job or career in finance. The straight talk is coming from my personal experience of working in the banking and finance sectors across several countries and continents. Most important for readers are the ideas that I have shared with students and recent graduates globally. These ideas and tips have been used with successful outcomes.
