Even as a young child I was always conjuring up stories and filling them with colorful characters, sharing them with anyone and everyone who would listen. Since then, I’ve progressed quite a bit to formulating longer and more complex stories and sharing them with much larger audiences. When I'm not writing, I'm an avid Carolina Panther fan, video game player, and a Walking Dead aficionado. I wouldn't be able to do this with the support of my family, wife, two daughters, and son. Along with our zoo at home with 3 dogs, 3 frogs, a turtle, leopard gecko, sugar glider, a cat, and numerous fish. You might be surprised that with all these possible distractions, I still manage to write on a daily basis.

    Burning Desire

Bright sunlight streamed through the large window. A fair amount of wind blew the light blue curtains to the side and the heat warmed Cole’s face. He groaned and pulled a blanket over his head. Last night was way too much fun, the alcohol flowed freely, the lady’s clothes were skimpy, and the... He shot up, pain flared and stomach churned. Damn.

What? A naked girl stirred next to him. Her dark hair blocked her face, but her pale flawless skin shimmered in the light.

He threw the blanket off and stood. His naked body soaked in the heat as he shut the window and plodded toward the bathroom.

Hey, what’s wrong? The girl sat up.

Need to piss. He didn’t bother looking back.

He relieved himself and searched through the medicine cabinet for some aspirin. Pain throbbed through every brain cell. Luckily his stomach was empty, otherwise he would have thrown up all over the place. He grabbed the aspirin, popped two, and returned to the bedroom. He studied the young sleeping girl again, her steady breathing, so unlike the sexy grunts last night. What was her name again, it didn’t matter, but he admired her slim figure for a moment before he dressed and left. He wouldn’t acknowledge her if he saw her again, so it didn’t matter. The rest of the house was silent as he snuck
