    Born and raised in Wantagh, New York, Ken now calls Florida home where he lives with his wife, Dina, their Daughter, Alyssa and plenty of furry, feathery and lovable pets. As a lifetime athlete and fitness enthusiast, Ken works as a trainer, both within the local area and online, designing fitness programs for clients with various fitness related goals. Throughout the years, Ken has successfully competed in numerous Bodybuilding competitions, earning professional status in the NABF federation. As a young teenager, Ken was inspired to begin weight training by the Professional Wrestlers he admired. Embarking on a lifelong dream to become a Professional Wrestler, Ken began training when he retired from Bodybuilding competition at the age of 35. Within a few months he was offered a try out with the WWE, where he went on to earn a contract. While Gracie's Wild Adventures is Ken's first published book, several of his fitness related articles have appeared in publications over the years, including: Fitness Plus, Exercise For Men and Natural Bodybuilder magazine. Ken is seeking a publisher for his second book 'By The Grace Of God Came Gracie' and expects it to be available in 2019. He enjoys spending his spare time watching movies, browsing book stores or enjoying the beach and park with his family.
