There are great personal stories and an 8 step program that can help with anything from stress reduction to a deeper sense of inner peace and well-being and a whole lot more. I was impressed with the author's simple suggestions and the easy sense of calm and confidence that came over me. The cool thing about this approach is that it can be used in a group or by yourself if you like, and there is even a helpful website to connect up and get a multitude of enlightened info. I would recommend this well rounded healer to anyone wanting to feel better in a whole bunch of ways. Thanks you two, this will help millions.Love & Light,Riki Frahmann
