Disclaimer
This book is intended to be a source of information and speculation about the subject of possible alien incursions into our skies and planet, and why they are here and look disturbingly like odd versions of humanity. We will take a whimsical look at the subject, and attempt to make some sense of it. It is not a treatment of the subject based on any privileged information, and you should not take it as such.
The Author has concepts that have some bearing on the subject matter, and he thinks that they may be useful for the interested party, but all ideas presented should be taken only for consideration. The reader should decide the value of such ideas for themselves.
The Author does not mean to discount any opinions or theories of any other person on this subject. The Reader should make an evaluation, and as always, he or she should always apply due skepticism to this and all other ideas presented.
The Author is careful to not be politically correct in any way that prevents the process of honesty. Since that is almost always the case, you should expect to see multiple examples of non-politically correct text. Sorry about that, but not really.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
This book is intended to be an expansion of my book entitled UNKNOWN VISITORS. As such, it contains some of the original text from that book, along with explanatory verbiage. I hope that I did not screw it up too much.
The world is full of people that are eager to convince you of their beliefs in the subject of aliens. They are usually arguing a point of view that has not been subjected to any sort of critical analysis whatsoever. At this stage of humanities investigations into the subject of alien encounters and existence, every point of view smacks of speculation.
I will try to toe the line between the evidence and speculation in this book. I will attempt to show the Reader that some of the most fantastic of theories regarding what is going on may have more foundation in truth than the more conventional ideas.
Many people have expressed their viewpoints and reasoning on the subject of alien visitations for many years, and I have taken advantage of this bounty of information to put together a humorous but serious work on the subject, for the edification of my readers. I thank all those who have blazed the trail. I am just taking my golf cart down a road well traveled.
You will find a few parts of this book that will have a few paragraphs repeated verbatim from previous chapters. This is intentional. When a subject is stated in an optimal format, I did not see a need to rephrase it later, even though it needed to be restated to tie it in to a new component of the narrative. I hope that these minor repetitions do not annoy my readers. Please see them as I did, as a form of emphasis of their importance.
Most every point of speculation in this book has a number of faces to consider. If aliens are related to humans, which of the many possible ways are they related? To consider each possibility requires that we put down the last consideration to pick up the new and shiny angle to consider. This means that a number of points will be repeated in slightly different contexts a lot in this book, as each bit of evidence is made to support each new hypothetical conclusion.
Anyway, please do not be too enraged by the repetition. It is an inescapable feature of philosophy, cat fights, and speculation.
INTRODUCTION
Millions of people believe that aliens exist and that they are visiting Earth. Some believe that aliens exist, but they are not visiting us. There are even some people that think that they are not aliens at all, but demons or possibly angelic beings.
I would say that a slight majority of the population believe that aliens exist. Most of these people are uncertain of the details. Are they visiting us, and do they want something from us or our planet that we are unwilling to give up?
It is evident from the number and caliber of the people reporting contact or sightings of unidentified flying objects that something is happening. That many witnesses of this sort of event cannot be an error, lie, or hallucination.
There are so many reports of contact given by unimpeachable witnesses that we must assume that the phenomena are real. The question then becomes 'what is happening,' rather than 'is something happening?'
You would not know it to look at me, but I actually have a pretty solid grounding in the hard sciences. One of the tools that are used to decide what form the hypothesis will take to explain a particular set of data is Occam's Razor.
Occam's razor is the idea that if there are multiple explanations for an event, the simplest one that agrees with all the facts is probably the correct one. When doctors, engineers, scientists, police officers and Judges all report the same experience, you can question the cause of the event, but not its existence.
The first part of the solving of any problem is to state the problem. If we want to get some answers on the subject of alien visitors, we need to decide what questions will occur to us which we can answer. We are specifically looking for answers that are available, useful, and helpful. This book will attempt to frame those issues, and present plausible hypotheses or possible answers to those questions.
When we investigate a subject, such as alien contact reports, it is best to keep in mind that one must follow the facts no matter where they might lead. It is best not to form opinions until you receive definitive facts to support a particular view. There are a lot of facts and assumptions to support this investigative process. Let us look at a few phenomena, which may form a part of the answer to the nature of Visitors From Beyond.
To start, sightings of unidentified flying objects could be due to misinterpretation of experiences. For instance, alien abductions bear an uncanny resemblance to the old stories about abductions by Fairies. Missing time and inability to resist are reported in recent alien abductions. They were also communicated by the victims of the alleged Fairy abductions.
There are other parts of the experiences that might be misinterpretations. Ball lightning is an odd form of electricity that reacts to the environment in a whimsical and conscious-seeming way. The possible shapes that life could take include an energetic form or one that lives in the places between the planets, and perhaps the stars. These could easily be misinterpreted as alien contacts.
I doubt that I even need to bring up the number of conventional and exotic aircraft, produced and flown by certified humans, which are misidentified as UFOs. This sort of mistaken identification accounts for the majority of reported sightings, along with Venus sightings, of course.
I can list the categories of reported sightings in broad baskets. The reports could be caused by some form of illusion. They may be simple or complex misinterpretations of events. They could also be of a psychological nature, or they could arise from a kind of psychic activity. They could also be reports of actual and physical alien activity.
There you have it. We can pigeonhole all reports into one of these five categories. They will be either misinterpretation, Illusion, Psychology, Parapsychology, or actual visitors.
A subset of the misinterpretation area is the attempt to make sense of the incomprehensible. The human mind is genetically and environmentally predisposed to process visual signals, and assign them to known types of experiences. A radically new experience such as alien contact may be literally impossible for the human mind to process. When that happens, the mind can sometimes substitute false memories of more reasonable and understandable events for the actual experience.
One example of this substitution is the well-known tendency of victims of abduction by the so-called Greys. Possibly because of the big eyes and the time of day, many of those abductees will substitute a memory of an owl for the actual event in their minds.
Another more esoteric form in the psychological category is the possible projection of Jungian Archetypes into the mix. I had better explain what I mean.
One of the foundations of our ability to interpret the events of the world is the built-in concepts of the Archetype. We have innate understandings of the idea of the Grandfather-Old man, the nourishing mother, the warrior, the priest-mage, and other concepts of types of persons or events we are likely to face in our lives.
Carl Jung described these foundational concepts of the human mind a long time ago. The extent of the Archetypes that the mind carries is by no means fully known. Without attempting to determine the way that an Archetype can figure into an event interpreted as an alien encounter, it can safely be said that Archetypes could play a significant role in these experiences.
One possible constituent of the experiences of these contactees, witnesses, and Experiencers is something called the Many Worlds Interpretation of quantum theory. The Many Worlds Interpretation says that all of the multiple solutions of a quantum equation that each equation generates are real. Let me explain.
Quantum Theory is essentially a probability calculation process. If you reach a fork in the road, you may go right, or you may go left. Quantum theory assigns a probability for each possible decision you make. Once you pick a path, you are 'resolving' the equation. In traditional quantum theory, when you solve the equation, only one solution becomes real. The other solution(s) go away.
In the Many Worlds Interpretation, when you make a decision, you create a fork in the worldline, so that a new child worldline exists where each of the possible solutions is realized, one for each universe. In this interpretation, each of the possible solutions remains real, but they exist in other branches of reality.
One possible bit of evidence that parallel worlds exist, and that we have some limited contact with them is something called the Mandela Effect. The Mandela Effect is named after Nelson Mandela. It is a large body of items that people remember as different from what history says they are.
Some people remember that Mandela died in prison in the 80's, while the history books say that he died quietly at home in 2013. It is possible if the Mandela Effect is not a case of mere memory issues that there are some small errors in the timeline that creep into the creation of new child worldlines. Look the process up on Google. You will be fascinated.
It is possible that we live in an illusionary, or Holographic Universe, in which Reality is projected by some means, and all it would take to change the observed events in the universe would be a small tweak of the code, or whatever form the controlling mechanism uses.
Regardless of the shape of the reality, the experiencing of alien contact has a rather large body of evidence to support the fact that something happens. Things like artifacts, crop circles, and human anatomy all provide vital signs of alien contact.
Let me tell you about myself. I tend to be a skeptic about any individual report on this sort of subject, but I strive to keep an open mind about the subject. I see no reason to form a premature belief in this or any subject. It is far better to gather the evidence and decide later. We can use critical thought methods to keep ourselves on track.
I am quickly disgusted by the modern tendency to use undefined terms to describe events and experiences. This lack of definition leads the Seeker to make unconscious assumptions, which are unlikely to be correct, and which will leave huge gaps in their logical arguments.
I think that I have probably espoused enough of a preamble for you to be either interested or bored. Since I want to feel needed and liked, I will assume that you are interested.
We are about to embark on a wild ride, into the rarified area of alien visitation. Reason and critical thinking are not usually applied in this field. Let us be weird, and apply them here.
1 ALIENS IN HISTORY
Descriptions have been reported of beings throughout history that we would call aliens. If they were false sightings, then there are millions of witnesses out there who were either lying, or seeing something other than alien objects, but wrongly thinking them to be alien.
The people
