About this ebook

The book that you are holding is not intended to be prophetic, but will
expose the nature of an approaching delusion that was prophesied
about 2000 years ago. The delusion itself will be of such power that
it will affect all mankind, and will quite likely be the catalyst that
will unite the different faiths to a greater or lesser degree.
This book will answer some difficult questions, and explain how a
very timely biblical Truth has been subtly hidden over the years,
which will result in causing great confusion for many Christians of
all denominations, in perhaps the not too distant future.
If what I am presenting in these pages is correct then this is a book
that needs to be read by every Christian. If I am wrong then I expect
to spend the rest of my life with egg on my face.
However, the conviction that I have had, that has caused me to write
this in the first place, is deep enough for me to take that chance.

    AUTHOR’S PREFACE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

A little over two thousand years ago, as if expecting the answer to be ‘no’, Jesus asked his disciples a question, ‘Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth’? (Luke 18: 8)

It is reckoned by the majority of Bible-believing Christians that we are living in the Last Days, and accordingly our hope is in the returning King. One of my own personal beliefs is that the Holy Bible will never contradict the observable evidence on this planet Earth, so with that thought in mind, I am faced with a dilemma.

    The World Christian Encyclopaedia states:

At slightly less than two billion, Christianity makes up about a third of the world population and approximately the same as the two next largest religions combined; Islam and Hinduism. Christianity is also the only religion represented in all 238 surveyed countries.

Christianity is the fastest growing religion in absolute growth, meaning the fastest growing religion in the annual increase of new adherents. The absolute growth number is calculated as the annual number of new Christian converts subtracted the number of ex-Christians + number of births subtracted number of deaths (new converts-former Christians + births-deaths).

2 Thessalonians 2: 3. ‘Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.’

Paul is quite explicit that the Day of Christ’s return (the Rapture of the Church) will not come until after an apostasy, or turning away from the Truth.

    That gives me three options:

    1:   Paul made a mistake.

2:   The figures quoted above are incorrect.

3:   The great falling away has not yet taken place.

Primarily, this book is an investigation into option three, and what might be the catalyst that brings about an apostasy.

I would like to acknowledge the following: I have taken some of the teachings, particularly with regards to the ‘Sea,’ from Gaines R Johnson’s book: The Bible, Genesis and Geology; (with permission).

Some information has been gained from the writings of Christian and Scientist Arthur C. Custance (1910-85), especially concerning the Greek word ‘Katabole’.

Any references to numbers have been sourced from the book, Numbers: Its Supernatural Design and Spiritual Significance by E.W. Bullinger (1837-1913).

I have used Strongs Concordance with the Hebrew and Greek lexicons along with the relevant Interlinear Scriptures when looking at particular words and their deeper meaning in more detail. These tools have been made freely available by johnhurt.com with their Online King James Reference Suite.

Having said that, let me be very clear, this is not intended to be a scholarly work for I am not a Bible scholar and have no idea about either the Greek or Hebrew language, but am well able to use a dictionary, and praise God that we do not need to be bilingual for him to shed light upon his Word.

All Scripture references are taken from the AKJV, unless stated otherwise. Any quotes used in this work are for informative purposes, and the source of the quote given, so that the further information can be resourced.

    INTRODUCTION

It is early summer of 2011 as I sit down to write this introduction, and I really am a little unsure what to include. Will it be an introduction or an explanation or a little of both? What I am about to embark upon will embrace the Bible from Genesis to Revelations, but it is not a rewriting of Scripture, although in some cases, it may encourage a re-evaluation of one’s thinking. The subject is both a massive one, and I believe, one that is essential for understanding the dark days ahead. As with life itself, I can start from nowhere else except Genesis 1: 1. Even an evolutionist has to start there, although he will quickly veer away from it. He will say ‘in the beginning there was this big bang’, or something along those lines.

Genesis starts with these three words for our benefit, for how can we, as finite creatures, have any concept of ‘before the beginning’. This first verse does not mean that in the beginning God created his dwelling place and earth, but that he created the physical heavens. God has always existed, and wherever his presence exists, that surely must be his abode, so therefore, I guess heaven in a sense, must also always have been.

There are several subjects that I intend to look at in the course of this book, but as others, far more qualified than myself, have covered many of these already, I will be brief with them. Some of the current trends and information that is coming to light, that will be tackled in this book may be considered quite controversial, but I can make no excuse for that, as I feel I can only share the things that have become a personal concern by being honest.

I will take a look at some strange events that are occurring in the world around us, and what they might mean from a biblical perspective, but will never be far from the first two verses of the book of Genesis, for they are related to the times we are living in, and the fast approaching end time, much more than I ever could have imagined.

The purpose of this book is to both expose a coming lie that will be so powerful, that even seasoned Christians will struggle with it, and hopefully present a fresh look at Scripture that will explain the Truth concerning the ‘evidence’ that this coming lie will spring from. That statement will start to make more sense later.

I have been a Christian eighteen years or so, and about a year ago, I felt as though the Lord was challenging me to review some of the beliefs that I held, which I had always accepted as being correct; and at the same time, to take a closer look at certain things happening in and around the world. As I did so, I started to become quite puzzled, to the point where it would have been much easier just to ignore some issues and hope that they would go away, because I couldn’t fit them into what I thought was true.

About the same time, I was introduced to a book written by Gaines R Johnson called The Bible, Genesis and Geology. He also has a website under the same title, and I would highly recommend his book, especially to anyone with an interest in geology. I believe that the Lord used his work for my instruction, because on learning from it, my biblical understanding of the creation increased considerably, and since then I have been on a journey of revelation as the blessed Holy Spirit has shone light upon his Word.

The purpose of this book, primarily, is to warn people, particularly Christians, of the dangerous deception that lies ahead of us and to show from the Word of God that our traditional understanding of the book of Genesis may not be entirely correct. If any feel challenged by that statement, so be it, because the challenge will probably increase as you continue reading. On having said that, I have no intentions of offending any individual, or any group of believers.

The book title includes the word conspiracy, and for good reason, because it would seem that over the course of time, a vital Truth has been deliberately concealed from the Church. I use the word ‘deliberatelywith caution, because there is of course, such a thing as human error. Some may even put that which I hope to raise awareness of, down to coincidence. There is a saying that goes, ‘once is chance, twice is coincidence, the third time is enemy action’, and we shall see later on that there have been far more than three occasions where alterations have been introduced into most modern Bible versions that hide a particular subject. The subject itself is one that I believe is vital to grasp hold of so that we can have a greater understanding of what is approaching.

The world in which we live is shrouded by an intricate web of deceit, one that can never be completely unravelled by man, and my intent is not to try and do so. It is the gradual concealing of Truth in the Word of God that is my main concern, hence the use of the word conspiracy. However, it is up to the individual reader to decide for themselves from the information presented, whether they feel the choice of word is an appropriate one.

I should also add that I do not consider myself to be either a watchman or a teacher. My desire is just to share both what the Lord has shown me from his Word, and what I believe he has ‘shown’ me regarding certain things to come. I am not suggesting that I have been given a vision, for that is not the case, but as my understanding of certain Scriptures was deepening, other issues were starting to make more sense.

Some of the subject matter that I intend to include in this book may seem quite unbelievable, so I would encourage readers to check things out for themselves. However, when I was challenged by them, I strongly felt that the Lord was saying to me, ‘Believe them because they are going to lead to the great delusion that will envelope the world, and as I have already shown you things in my Word, if you keep seeking, and searching into it, I will make known to you words of Truth that will expose the lie’.

I now firmly believe that what is coming our way is in a sense the follow-up to the lie of evolution, the second part of a two-pronged attack upon the six-day creation account in Genesis that Satan had planned an extremely long time ago.

It will be an assault upon the Truth contained in the Bible, particularly the book of Genesis, and therefore upon Bible believers, that will rock the foundations of the Church in a way she has never experienced before, and we are going to need some answers.

Build Solidly. ‘Build solidly. Prepare thoroughly. Never be satisfied with superficial answers. God’s Word can stand the most thorough investigation. Do not shirk the difficult problems but seek to bring the facts to light, for God’s Word and God’s world will never contradict one another’.

Oswald T. Allis, describing Robert Dick Wilsons’s approach to the study of the Bible.

At times, I have struggled with some of the challenges to my thinking that I encountered along the way, not sure if I’d got things right, but have been strengthened by a Scripture that was given to me, which turned out to be quite prophetic, and it set me back on course.

2 Timothy 3: 14. ‘But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them.’

The day is fast approaching when the strong delusion the Bible warns us about in 2 Thessalonians 2: 8 will come upon us. Prison cells are being opened, or they soon will be, and the occupants of those cells will be released. At the moment, I believe that day is just beyond the horizon, and the stage is still being set for its arrival. Whilst every detail in the following pages may not be absolutely correct and might even seem to be somewhat speculative, the larger picture presented will give Bible-believing Christians an insight into the sovereign works of God, both in times past and times present. A right understanding will be our assurance that we can stand firm upon the Word of God, regardless of how things around us might appear to be, and that will give him the glory.

    VARIOUS INTERPRETATIONS

    OF ORIGINS

It is not my intention to go into great detail here, but just to look briefly at the main categories of interpretation of the origins and existence of life.

    1.   The Evolution Theory: Probably the greatest attack upon the authority of Scripture and hence upon the Church that she has ever had to contend with, and is the primary belief held by every unbeliever. First proposed by Charles Darwin back in 1859, it has gained momentum and credibility ever since. This has been due to the misinterpretation of genuine evidence, so that the ancient fossil and geological record are seen as a gradual record of life evolving.

It is quite easy to understand how that misinterpretation has come about, especially as modern-day age-dating processes apparently date the earth and the universe back many millions or perhaps billions of years. However, the greatest challenges for an evolutionist are the non-existent missing link, and how modern-day civilization apparently seemed to spring from nowhere fast. There are other anomalies which I shall pick up on later that they can’t really address, so to a degree tend to ‘overlook’.

It is my very firm belief that evolution has been the first part of the devils two-part plan that will lead to the coming delusion, and we shall shortly be presented with the second part, or prong; a deception that will seemingly answer the evolutionists present dilemma. The problem is going to be, that as a belief in evolution has grown on the back of very real evidence, this greater deception will grow on the back of a show of evidence that is going to cause major problems for the Church.

    2.   Theistic Evolution: Briefly this is an answer for those who are trapped between a belief in a Creator and what they consider to be scientific evolutionary proof. It is therefore a mix of secular opinion with the book of Genesis. I understand that many Christians are caught in this trap and it has gone a long way towards bolstering the Intelligent Design community. The Pope has endorsed and publicly declared that evolution is a scientific fact, so my guess is that many Catholics fall into this group. Simply put, it is the idea that God used a controlled explosion (the big bang) to start off the process of evolution and natural selection in order to get us to where we are today. Because it cannot account for a literal Adam and Eve, hence no original sin, it promotes a wrong understanding of sin which ultimately distorts the message of the Cross.

Whilst God is the all-knowing author of life, the term ‘Intelligent Designer’ proposes the idea of a white-haired boffin in a long white coat with clipboard in hand, working in a great laboratory or sitting in front of a bank of computer screens. The God of the Bible certainly is the Great Designer, but to refer to him as intelligent falls far short of who he really is, because he is omniscient, a word which refers to God’s ability to know absolutely everything. He is the fount or source of all wisdom and knowledge, and therefore, it is impossible for him to learn anything.

    3.   Day/Age Believers: They believe that the six creation days were in fact six extended periods of time. Loosely based upon the Scripture that a day in the sight of the Lord is as a thousand years and vice versa (2 Pet. 3: 8), this group insist that each recorded day in the six creation days of Genesis needs to be seen as great periods of time, anything from a thousand years onwards. They tend to ignore the fact that whilst all plant life was created on day three, or in the third great time period, there was no sun to sustain the vegetation because that wasn’t made until day four. This belief also allows for death in this world before Adam’s sin, so again, the message of the Cross becomes distorted.

    4.   A New One? This is a belief that I have only recently heard of, but I thought I’d add it to the list. It states that when God gave revelation to Moses of the Creation, he gave one revelation a day for six days running. Therefore it was not that each creation day was a literal twenty-four-hour period, but rather that Moses received revelation over six twenty-four-hour days. This is a fairly interesting belief, but one that is not supported by Scripture.
