About this ebook

Simone C. Wilson (Lark) presently resides in New Jersey. She is the proud mother of two children and the grandmother of five grandchildren. Upon the urging of her friends and family she submitted her poetry in several poetry competitions. As a result of her submissions, Ms Wilson is now recognized as an International Poet of Merit by the International Poets Society, A Distinguished Famous Poet for 2002 by The Famous Poet Society as well as a published poet in several anthologies. The editors of The International Library of Poetry have selected several of her poems, because of the diversity of her poetic talent to be included in a recorded poetry collection, The Sound of Poetry. The editors felt that her poetry could be appreciated not only in print , but could also be enjoyed by people listening to it presented aloud by a professional reader. Ms Wilson is a retired master teacher of 40 years for the East Orange School District, where she was exceedingly proud to be honored as its Teacher of the Year in 2001. Lark , which she uses as her writing pseudonym has enjoyed writing poetry, short stories and plays most of her life. Her deepest motivation comes from her spiritual faith in God. This spiritual connection permeates her writing and confi rms why she believes so many people relate to her literary works Ms Wilsons next ambition is to write childrens books.
