God's Way, Not Politics: Please, Let God Be God!
()
About this ebook
No subject causes more irritation, frustration, and confusion than issues concerning government. God has timeless truths in the Bible for resolving the conflict between world politics and the righteousness of Gods kingdom. Misunderstanding these truths results in the actions of well-meaning Christians being viewed by the world as offensive, unloving, and hypocritical. The result causes major doubts in the credibility of the Church and limits belief in the loving message of the cross.
Gods Way, Not Politics brings a timely revelation to Gods people of truth in His Word, which has been buried by the cares of the world and rationalization of mans action out of ignorance of Gods love for mankind and Gods promises of peace, concerning what He can and wants to do. May the Holy Spirit reveal through honest consideration of His Word what God is saying. It is time for the Church to recognize our significance as empowered citizens of the kingdom of God on earth and be the conduit of loving witnesses for good in achieving the purpose our Creator intends. Acceptance of His plan and ways will unblock our prayers for healing our land and hasten our Lords return.

Introduction
It is most likely the truth to say that there is no subject with which we are confronted, that causes more irritation, frustration, and confusion than issues concerning government. God has timeless truths in the Bible for resolving the conflict between world politics and the righteousness of God’s Kingdom. Misunderstanding these truths results in the actions of well-meaning Christians being viewed by the world as offensive, unloving, and hypocritical. The result causes major doubts in the credibility of the Church and limits belief in the loving message of the Cross.
The major theme of the teachings of Jesus in the New Testament is the Love of God and His plan for Kingdom operation "on Earth as it is in Heaven. Until Jesus returns to operate His Kingdom in its fullness, His people,
who are called by His name…" need help in applying His teachings in the conduct of every day activities, particularly, in regard to government affairs.
The goal of these writings is to bring to God’s people awareness of truths in His Word which have been buried "by the cares of the world" and rationalization of man’s action out of ignorance of God’s love for mankind and God’s promises of what He can and wants to do. May the Holy Spirit reveal through honest consideration of His Word what God is saying so that the Church will recognize its significance as empowered citizens of the Kingdom of God on earth and be the conduit of loving witnesses for good in achieving the purpose our Creator intends.
Government God’s way is His management plan whereby His people, operating in His love, with supernatural authority, can accomplish His eternal purpose:
• in one accord;
• free from fear and political concerns;
• in full access to God’s protection and guidance ;
• with full authority of God’s power and will for each individual, hastening our Lord’s return and the full deployment of His Kingdom.
We are told in 2 Peter 1:19-20 that words of prophecy are not for private interpretation and therefore should be understandable by reasoning together with mature men of God open to the Holy Spirit. I claim no special powers of perception or connection with our God that are not available to any other person or persons who have surrendered to Christ’s offer to be adopted as joint heirs with Him in His Kingdom, and are willing to accept God’s Word as written, not denying the truth out of our human fears.
