Introduction
Let me describe something to you. Your alarm clock blares away and, rather than bouncing out of bed full of energy, the noise irritates you. You attempt to prize your eyes open, it doesn't work, so you reach out and press snooze. 5 or 10 minutes later, you are rudely awakened by the same irritating noise and finally, you fall out of bed and sleepwalk your way to the bathroom.
Is this how your day starts? Are you asleep until the first gallon of coffee has drenched your system? If so, you are seriously in need of some help and I don’t mean another gallon of coffee! No, what you need is a body cleanse, a detox that helps you to shed a few unwanted pounds and boost your body, cleans it out and wakes it up.
These days, we are busy people; so busy that we forget to listen to what our bodies are telling us. Headaches, lethargy, indigestion, terrible skin, you ignore it all. It's all part of life isn't it? No, it isn't, and it's these things that are contributing to your edginess and feelings of anger and irritation. It really doesn't have to be like that though.
You can wake up feeling energetic and ready to start the day, but you have to make a conscious choice to do it. What you are dealing with is the way your body deals with toxins.
