    This vegan keto version is lacking the necessary nutrients as every vegan diet. Be aware that the absorption of plant nutrients including proteins is very poor. It could help in the short run, but as every vegan diet will destroy your health in the long run. You better switch to the normal keto version and build your health based on properly raised animal sources!
