It is chiefly the Holy Ghost who trained me in matters of operating in the deeper realms of the Spirit, hence it is my passion that the reader will see Him throughout the pages of this book and not any man.       PREFACE

      In retrospect to the deep mysteries and revelations encapsulated in this publication, it is of paramount significance to highlight that it is not possible to describe the various areas of the spiritual world in human language without bringing by the use of earth language a percentage of inaccuracy. Neither can anyone who has an encounter or visions of the spiritual world claim to have visited every aspect of that glorious world. The spiritual world consists of more varying aspects of the universe, which explains why upon visitation to the spirit world, many struggle to compose a single descriptive sentence of the spiritual world in human language. This is why Paul described his own experience of the spirit world in prophetic language as "something inexpressible for man to tell". This is because there are multiples of creations of God in various dimensions of the universe that would take eternities to explore. For this reason many of those who have true spiritual experiences of the spiritual world, whether for a brief time or through extended encounters, bring only a small microscopic view of the spiritual realm and life after death. It is thus an error for anyone with those experiences to think that their encounter is inclusive of what the spiritual world is like and start building doctrines or dogma as to what the true spiritual world is like. It is for this reason that there is an urgent need for humanity to develop a comprehensive understanding of the dimensions of the spiritual world in order to put human existence on earth into proper perspective and order. The purpose for the writing of this book is to provide guidance about the spirit world so as to prepare multitudes of believers in the Body of Christ for the spiritual world. It gives glimpses of the realities of the spiritual world and provides those who have spiritual experiences with a scriptural basis by which to interpret and understand their own spiritual experiences.

      The spiritual realm is as real as the natural realm. In fact the spiritual realm determines what takes places in the natural realm. Because both realms are interfaced, events in one realm invariably affect the other. This publication therefore addresses all questions and answers relating to the spirit world as it expounds more about the heavenly places and how walking in the heavenly places and functioning in the heavenly places is like, so that we could understand the realm and the depth that God has for us. As we pray and enter into the spirit world it's important for us to understand what the spirit world is like. The truth is that you can never effectively operate in a world you have no clue about. The greatest challenge facing many believers is that the majority of the people do not know what it is like to really be in the depths of the spirit. Many Christians live their lives from the earth's perspective from the earthly perspective rather than from the heavenly perspective yet God’s original Master plan for man was for him to permanently live in the supernatural realm. Most Christians are so earth-bound, they spend a considerable amount of time talking about carnal, worldly things. Very few live in the heavenly realm. They are overly conscious of the physical world and a little bit conscious of the spiritual things. On the contrary, it is imperative to move into that realm whereby you are conscious of the spiritual world and you are aware a little bit of the natural world. If you have an idea of what the spirit realm is like, it is possible to function with a high level of efficiency. Hence the purpose of this book is to share some experiences from the spirit realm that could make you desire to spend more time with God in order to want to move into that realm. By unveiling the deep secrets and mysteries of the spirit world, this publication gives humanity an idea of how the spirit world is like, how it functions and operates in relation to the physical world.

      However, it is important to note that just reading through this book once intellectually does not mean that you might have got the full sense and understanding of what it conveys. One of the laws of the Spirit is that one can only receive at the level of where one is spiritually; thus, there are some things that you might have missed getting the spiritual understanding of until you re-read this book after receiving some spiritual experiences. It is for this reason that I urge the reader to read this book carefully and prayerfully. My prayer is that those who read this book would be enabled to progress further in their spiritual development both in this physical world and in the spiritual world. That is why this publication dwells more on the deep things in the spirit world and also on the experiential side. The reason for this publication is to bring us to a point where we are more open and knowledgeable of the things of the spirit world, especially the heavenly realm so that when God begins to manifest and reveal the heavenly things, we can have some scriptures to compare to those things that He has revealed to us in His Word. It is for this reason that in this publication, reference is made to the Bible for all spiritual encounters and experiences. The Bible has some principles and guidelines as to what the spirit world is like. Therefore having looked at all these things of the spirit world from a Biblical perspective, we realize that it’s because of what God wants us to be that He gives us different ability to function and to bring Him glory. I recall vividly the day I was caught up to the third heavens, an experience akin to that of Apostle Paul. I remember how the whole room changed and I was taken into glory, beyond the curtain of time. I saw the streets of heaven, the beauty which no language on earth can describe. Even those with the highest academic degrees of linguistic abilities will fail. In fact, I can definitely assure you that there is no language here on earth to describe such beauty. It would be a crime to compare it to this carcass we call earth. As I moved in the streets, seeing angelic beings litter the whole of heavens made me realise how great God is. After the study tour of seeing the beauty of the Heavenly realm, I was ushered back into my room but my body seemed not to have realized that I was no longer in the heavenly realm. The flesh of my body seemed as if was trying to jump off my bones. I tried to stop it physically but could not. The flesh had experienced the glory but the thought of Haven was very enlightening.

      CHAPTER ONE

      A DIVINE REVELATION OF THE REALM OF THE SPIRIT

      It is imperative that we understand how the realm of the spirit operates so that we can learn how to effectively live and operate in that realm. We live in a multi-dimensional universe in which the spiritual dimensions exist in parallel to our three-dimensional physical world. The spiritual realms operate in continuity with the natural world that we observe. Most humans cannot see into the spiritual dimensions, so we can only observe the physical side of existence. Our eyes are calibrated for a physical world and are so attuned to seeing a three-dimensional world that we find anything grander difficult to conceive. However, events in our physical world are shaped by activities in the spiritual realm. When we look at the physical world in isolation, we miss much of what is happening in the universe. The spiritual realms are not limited to three dimensions like our physical world. The Bible does not tell us how many more, but the fact that it is more complex than our three-dimension world means that it is hard for our natural minds to fathom. The spiritual aspect of life can be thought of as additional dimensions beyond the three core dimensions of the earth. The spiritual world is not another world in another place, but additional dimensions to the physical world we observe. It is based on spiritual laws and principles established by God which are completely different from those of the natural world.

      From the material and physical perspective of casual readers of the Word, the spiritual world seems to be "airy fairy, dimension that is not solid to the physical senses. From the perspective of the spiritual world, it is our material world that is not of solid substance. The only real and solid things in the spiritual world are those made up of spiritual substance. Everything material looks like it is made up of vapour from the highest spiritual perspective (James 4:14). The whole material world looks like a mist" that is fragile and about to be blown away. One can understand why it looks so foolish to the spiritual world when humans born to live in the spiritual world, spend their entire lives clinging on the things of the natural realm which are made up of temporal substance and will all soon pass away like mist (2 Corinthians 4:18). To those who live in the highest realms of God’s glory, only the spirit of believers are visible as they shone like bright torches through the darkness of this world; for the spiritual is the only true reality in the spiritual world.

      The truth is that the spirit world is complex and difficult to fully comprehend. As we begin to explore this realm, we realise that the spirit world needs a lot of interpretation. Let’s refer to 2 Corinthians 12:1-4 where Paul testifies that:

      "I must boast; there I nothing to be gained by it but I will go on to visions and revelations of the Lord. I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven -whether in the body or out or the body I do not know, God knows. And I know that this man was caught up into Paradise -whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows -and he heard things that cannot be told, which man may not utter".

      Paul is of course referring to himself because in verse 7 he wrote that unless I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of revelations. So, we know that he is speaking about himself in the third person and of the abundance of the revelations that had come into his life. And he articulated a phrase that he heard things that were inexpressible. This is because the spirit world is a realm that doesn’t operate on logic as is the case in our natural world. The spirit is a realm where our natural logic breaks down. When Paul was catapulted into the highest spiritual realms of Heaven, he was dramatically affected by what he saw to the extent that he could not describe it (2 Corinthians 12:2-4). For a highly schooled man like Paul, educated under the feet of the greatest scholar Gamaliel, it was not possible for him to lack human vocabulary to describe what he saw in the spirit realm. That means the spirit realm was so deep that human language could not articulate it accurately. In the realm of the spirit, human language is limited and only designed to describe the physical world, hence it could not qualify to adequately describe the realities of the spiritual world. Consider what he had to say about the realities of the spirit realm in 1 Corinthians 2:9: Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, and no human mind has conceived. This is to tell you that we need spiritual insight and revelation to understand what is happening in the spiritual dimension. It is for this reason that Paul prayed that the "eyes our hearts may be enlightened' (Ephesians 1:18).

      Did you know that man was designed to live in the supernatural realm? Prior to the fall, Adam and Eve could see clearly into the spiritual world. Moving from the natural realm into the spiritual realm was tantamount to moving from his living room into the bed room. They were so attuned into the spirit such that they were able to walk with God in the cool of the evenings and speak directly to Him. Likewise, they were able to see the devil, when he came to tempt them. His activity in the spiritual dimension made him appear like a snake from a physical perspective. However, when Adam and Eve sinned, there was a sudden transaction and drastic transition in the realm of the spirit such that their sight was changed hence they could no longer see into the spiritual realms. Paradoxically, the Bible says their eyes were opened, and they realized they were naked (Genesis 3:7). This statement is a huge irony because their eyes were opened to the natural world yet closed to the spiritual realms. Previously, when they could see the effulgence of the glory of the Heavenly realms, their observation of the physical world was dimmed, and they did not notice they were naked. But once the light of Heavenly glory was turned off, their view of the physical world was greatly amplified, such that they realised for the first time that they were naked. However, after the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, he gained a spiritual body, which enabled him to interact more freely with the spiritual world and those who receive Him are granted the same grace that enables us to interact with the spiritual dimensions in the same way that Adam and Eve did before the fall. We are now able to see the glory of God in totality as we are catapulted to the highest realms of the supernatural.

      The spiritual realm is diametrically opposed to the natural realm such that at times you might get a shock of your life to see in the spirit world things like a spirit going through a wall, a scroll flying about in the sky or something that our natural mind says it cannot be. Let’s consider a quintessential example in the book of Zechariah. 5:5 Then the angel who talked with me came forward and said to me, "Lift up your eyes, and see what this is that goes forth." He looks and there is a basket flying about. Where on planet earth have you ever heard of such a thing as a flying basket? To make this worse, it says in verse 9 that he raised his eyes and looked and there were 2 women coming with the wind in their wings. And their wings were like the wings of a stork and not like an angel. And they lifted up the basket between earth and heaven. Where on earth have you ever heard of such a thing as women with wind in their wings? Up to Zechariah's time all the manifestation of winged creatures are men. I mean the angels appeared like men but here it says these 2 ladies were flying about and their wings looking like storks. This is a deep spiritual realm where things are divinely coded in symbols. It’s in that realm that Paul refers to when he says in I Corinthians 2:14 that the unspiritual man does not understand the things of the spirit because they’re spiritually discerned. Sometimes you could be so overwhelmed and terrified by what you see in the spirit world that you just walk about in a trance and people wonder what's wrong with you. The experiences in the spirit realm are so deep that they boggle your mind, challenge your status quo, revolutionise your personality and ruffle the feathers of those who are swimming through the shallow streams of spiritual understanding. It is for this reason that we need to develop a Heavenly understanding of the properties of the spirit realm such as distance, time, matter, space, velocity and density and other diverse attributes of the spirit realm discussed below:

      Sometimes we interpret the spirit realm wrongly some time we interpret correctly. Do you remember that when Pau met Jesus on the way to Damascus and was struck down by the power of God, some said it thundered and some really hear it? At times how the spirit realm is like depends on our interpretation. In the spirit things are not the way they look from your natural eye. Who have thought of picking up the snake by the tail? God did. He says Moses pick up the snake by the tail. Who would have thought that you could get water from the rock? God did. And when we approach the spiritual world and the Holy Spirit with a natural mind the Bible says in I Corinthians. 2 that the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God. If we cannot relate to the Spirit and we interpret a lot of things of the Spirit in a natural way, we will always get it wrong. The spirit world is different with different laws. Let’s say you take a rocket and you go into space and you are orbiting in a space station. You are in what I call free fall. When you are in free fall, things are different. You cannot walk the way you walk because you will be floating. And you cannot clean up the things the way you clean here on earth because if you drop something it floats. The spirit world is a different world altogether and far too many times we are trying to interpret things from the natural point into the spirit. We should never do that. We should let go and let the Spirit teach us what it is. If you cannot see into something you have to trust someone who is inside to tell you what the inside looks like. If you send someone to a tunnel and nobody else have been through that tunnel with a searchlight, and all you can hear is that person’s voice over the microphone describing all the things on the inside. You got to trust what that person is telling you. You trust the Holy Spirit. You trust Him to tell you things of the spirit realm. And they have to be in line with the Word of God. The reason why God gives us the Word is so that you could double check what is inside and He will show you some things. It will be a common denominator throughout the Word of God.

      PERCULIAR PROPERTIES OF THE REALM OF THE SPIRIT

      There is no distance in the realm of the spirit

      It is worth exploring the divine truth that the realm of the spirit has no distance. Geographical distance is never there in the spirit world. When we talk about geographical distance that also incorporates the distance between the Heavenly realm and the natural realm. The challenge that many believers face is that they are too earthly bound hence they keep thinking the things of the spirit in geographical terms such as here, there, yonder, beyond yet there is no
