This book was written for anyone needing to reduce their daily intake of salt or sodium. This could be from something your doctor or nutritionist told you, or it could be from you yourself learning about the dangers of too much sodium intake. You might be concerned about how this can affect your health over time. If you already have a good handle on how much salt you are getting each day, then this book is probably not going to help you.
Now, you must understand I am no medical professional, nor have I ever played one on TV. So, you might ask yourself, what do I know that would be useful for you?
Well, the answer to that question is that I have had to deal with watching my salt intake for a number of years. When I was first told this I felt kind of overwhelmed at just what I should do about it.
Sure, I knew that I should reduce the amount of salt I was getting each day, but how much was I using? I had no idea. Sound familiar? If you are like many other folks out there, you go through your daily life and have no
