Eat healthy supplements? Perhaps dress-up and speak eloquently with a posh accent. Why do we bother to come up with something different, when in our current 'environment' it may be safe to simply linger in the shadows waiting...like everyone else, who happens to be waiting for you? The keyword here is.......... 'brain atrophy'. How do you stop this brain atrophy? Did you know that when you shine, you give others permission to do so themselves? Dr. Aammton Alias shares his personal experiences and odd non-linear stories to help you find the answers to these urgent questions.

The Vessel of Our Writing Dreams - Aammton Alias
Introduction
We are the vessels of our dreams, our ideas and yet where do our ideas come from?
Is it simply a mesh of neurons blasting out until a printout comes out? Do we even own these 'ideas' that we claim to originate from us?
How do we ensure that we continue to both learn and project new ideas? Do we immerse ourselves in an inspirational environment? Eat healthy supplements? Perhaps dress-up and speak eloquently with a posh accent.
Why do we bother to come up with something different, when in our current 'environment' it may be safe to simply linger in the shadows waiting...like everyone else, who happens to be waiting for you?
The keyword here is...‘brain atrophy’.
How do you stop this brain atrophy?
Did you know that when you shine, you give others permission to do so themselves?
Let me share my personal experiences and odd non-linear stories to help you find the answers to these urgent questions.
Who Am I?
I’m Dr. Aammton…yes, Aammton of Southampton – that sure is an easy way to remember me. Who am I? Some of you may know me as the doctor - currently, my daytime job says I’m a family physician.
Currently, I am obsessed with Amazon.com. I have been learning their algorithms, in particular behavioral algorithms. Yes, we are talking about Artificial Intelligence algorithms, that’s the only real way you can manage ‘Big Data’ and make sure the whole world is constantly hooked to Amazon.com. I have stumbled on a lot of little secrets which can benefit everyone. ‘Skynet’ is here, let’s embrace her for a brighter future... Of course, all that is not in this book, but in a different book(s).
You would never know this by glancing at me.
In fact, we were all in town and I’d walked pass by you - lacking any sense of fashion - I’d be in my shorts and scruffy t-shirt, I’ll just be some random unnoticeable stranger with no story, trying to find his way home.
You wouldn’t know the adventures that I had, the different and various industries I had delved and worked in - even before I had graduated, the risks I had taken - hmmm let’s just say I have a habit of putting my head in the blender and switching it on - full power. How could you know the horrific experiences that are so painful to share that’d I’d still shed tears just reminiscing about it? I have met some of the most beautiful people and shared moments with them. Even though, it was just for a short moment, I had the privilege of peeling off the layers of the masks of humanity. I was also able to peel off the masks that I was wearing.
Like you, we all have incredible hopes and dreams - some are so secret we dare not whisper it, for fear it will turn into dust and be blown into the wind.
Just like me, you are more than the person that others see, you are more than your job description, you are more than your status - single, married, complicated
, family with a gazillion kids etc.
You are all more than the image that you are projecting.
As the people of Borneo Island would say:
Never assume there are no crocodiles in calm lakes and gentle rivers.
Interestingly, the opposite is true – in Borneo, there are always crocodiles lurking in gentle calm lakes, rivers and those bodies of water – that are just not big enough to be lakes – somewhere in between a mini-lake and a cesspool.
Beneath all this seemingly calm surface, there is so much more about you, your aspirations to make a difference, to make the world better in your own way.
How Did I End Up Writing?
Bob loves coffee too
I can tell you that the path in my
