About the Author
ROBERT FULMER is academic director for Duke Corporation and a visiting professor at Pepperdine University. Dr. Fulmer (a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of California at Los Angeles) is widely regarded as an expert in business leadership. He specializes on future management challenges, strategy implementation and leadership development. He is the author or co-author of a number of books including The New Management, A Practical Introduction to Business and Leadership By Design.
JAY CONGER is professor of organizational behavior at the London School of Business and a senior research scientist at the University of Southern California at Los Angeles’s Center for Effective Organizations. Dr. Conger (a graduate of Dartmouth College, the University of Virginia and the Harvard Business School) specializes in leadership. He is the author of eleven books including Shared Leadership, The
