      Hello dear readers.

      First, I'd like to thank everyone for the success of the first book in this series, The Aquarian Empath. It's hard to believe that it's already been two years since it was released. The spiritual landscape has definitely changed in the past two years—especially for Lightworkers, Empaths, and sensitives.

      So many of the hardships with being an Empath is in dealing with hypervigilance born out of a generalized trauma and a lack of identity about ourselves. I am so grateful that my guidance team, the Akashic Wisdom Keepers started sharing information with us on this important topic for further clarity. The following additional information has been coming in after the publication of The Aquarian Empath, and it quickly became enough for a new, supplemental work of its own.

      I do hope you enjoy and find it helpful to you and your unique path.

      As Empaths and Sensitives, you have a deeper connection to the global paradigm and its energies than most, which is why it is essential to detach from it. To suffer personally and directly due to the collective is not necessary, and is also a subtle form of masochism disguised as virtue. Check up.
