1 Red Onion, sliced thinly
½ C. Shredded carrot
½ C. Croutons
½ C. Sunflower seed kernels
1 C. Mandarin orange slices
For the dressing:
3 tsp. Grated ginger
2 tsp. Soy sauce
3 Tsp. Garlic, Minced
1 tsp. Toasted sesame seeds
½ C. Rice wine vinegar
