      Simple, straightforward and great for a beginner like me. I'm just starting to embrace aromatherapy as a way to help treat chronic pain and fatigue as medication and lifestyle changes like diet only go so far. I was astonished to find that a simple mix of some oils helped me relax and rest more deeply than I had since my diagnosis so now I'm learning what I can and like this author and her approach. It's nice that there are these mini-books available for quick reference and starter info, I love the other books too but sometimes I just want the bottom line :-).
