    Shannon McKelden is the author of romantic comedies "Bad Romance," "True Romance," and "The Kiss Test." She has also shared writing tips, tricks and inspiration in her Happy Writer Series of books, compiled from the popular (late) Happy Writer blog. McKelden married her own romance novel hero in 1986.
