    This book was born from a desire to help those in need who may be experiencing similar difficulties. It is an attempt to help others cope with the pain of bullying and overcome obstacles that are presented by mental health conditions and learning difficulties.

    Within these pages, readers will find support, information and advice as well as an autobiographical account of French-Auger’s own experiences of trying to cope in challenging circumstances.

    John French-Auger

    John French-Auger was born in a small hamlet in Devon, and moved to Swansea, Wales in 2006. A single parent to an intelligent daughter, he has worked in the care sector for a number of years. French-Auger was diagnosed with dyslexia at the age of ten, but no records were kept. After being re-diagnosed in 2010, he decided to write the first-hand account of the struggles dyslexia can present for a young person, his intention being to educate and enlighten minds on the impact of dyslexia and bullying, such as depression. He aims to aid those in a similar position, helping them develop strategies and coping mechanisms to see them through difficult times.
