    I found out about 4 years ago that I was gluten intolerant, and the truth was I did not know what that meant or even what gluten was.

    So as I listened to everyone with the same painful inflamed stomach problems I thought I would write a book to help explain what gluten really is and how we can still eat good healthy food on a budget.

    One of the most important things I have learned is that helping others gives me great pleasure. So having a business that focuses on the love, health and financial welfare of people and families is a gift from God.
