Vincent Tortomasi
Vince Tortomasi has spent 23 years working in law enforcement. During those years, he has worked every aspect of law enforcement from working undercover Vice & Narcotics, to police patrol officer, private armed security officer, detective, martial arts instructor, Police instructor, Police firearms instructor, Private Security Instructor, Private Security firearms instructor. He has taught several thousands of new recruits entering law enforcement including, retired FBI agents, as well as rank in file seasoned police officers from the ranks of sergent, lieutenant, Captains- including police chiefs. He also certified and taught members of the US Navy's "Seal Team Six", out of Little Creek Norfolk, Virginia. He was once listed as the best Criminal Justice Instructor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He also wrote the training curriculum and manual, which was used as a model for law enforcement training, passed by the Department of Criminal Justice Service's.
