Nations of South America has many beautiful pictures in it but I am confused about the intent of the book. There are cute drawings with text about South America as if this was meant for children. If so, I would expect there would be a direct link between the pictures and the text. For instance, one page explains how soccer is popular in Brazil where they have won the World Cup 5 times. The next page has a photo of a young woman wearing a soccer T-shirt with"Columbia" written on it. It would also be useful to have a description for each picture somewhere in the book saying where the picture was taken and what the subject was. And there are no credits for the photography. A disappointing book.
