Reviews for Big Book of Animals

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Because of the title I thought this would be a picture book for preschoolers or beginner readers. Instead, it is a nice little book for slightly older nonfiction readers interested in animals. A few pages filled with colorful photos and basic information are devoted to each of fifteen different animals. Although this is not a reference type book, the author tells briefly what each animal eats, where they live, and how many babies they have in addition to bits of animal trivia.
