    Weight loss starts with a good diet. You will have to go into your kitchen and take out anything that is not healthy for you. This includes chips, soft drinks, cookies, cakes, fatty meats, and other items that are notorious for making you gain weight. You will want to go to the grocery store and buy some healthy fruits such as apples, oranges, grapes, grapefruit, and other fruits of choice.

    Not only are fruits a great snack for you to have, but they are low in calories and will give you the vitamins and minerals that your body has been missing out on. You will also want to get some vegetables while you are at the grocery store. Make sure that you get some fresh vegetables such as broccoli, greens, asparagus, and other green vegetables that will give you some essential vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals that will help detoxify your body and make you healthy.

Company profits - not your health – is the main reason they created this chemical process.

    Some foods that contains hydrogenated oil are, margarine, chips, cookies, sugar cereals , fat free and low fat snacks, crackers, pretzels, cereal bars and microwave popcorn.

    Good Fat to Eat

    Your body in order to survive needs fats – especially what we call fatty acids. Your hormones, brain, digestive and immune systems depend on this good fat.

    Omega 3 Fats

    We have to consume this great fatty acid from food. Our body can’t produce it but is essential to our health. A few of the best foods containing Omega 3 fats are salmon (choose wild salmon when possible), flax seed, raw walnut, leafy green vegetables, grass fed beef, sardines and organic eggs.

    Major research reveals that omega 3 fatty acids lower inflammation and aid in preventing the risk factors linked to diseases like cancer, arthritis and heart disease. The concentration in the brain of these essential fatty acid is particularly high. This makes us think that it is essential for memory performance and behavioral function.

    Pregnant women should include enough omega 3 fatty acids in their diet to prevent the risk of vision and nerve problems in their future child.

    Poor circulation, depression, mood swings, heart problems, dry skin, poor memory and fatigue are symptoms associated with a deficiency of omega 3 fatty acids.

    Good Fat for Cooking

    If you are looking for an oil that will help you to lose weight try cooking with organic, unrefined, raw coconut oil. It is suitable for high heat cooking; it is healthy and increases your body’s metabolic rate.

    Other Good Oils

    For cooked or raw veggies or for salad dressing use flax seed oil or olive oil. They are wonderful and healthy oils especially when kept raw.

    For the wellbeing of you and your family remember to at all costs do not consume in any way or form either hydrogenated or what is known as partially hydrogenated oils and for optimum health select the good fat.

    Rapid weight loss has a number of risks, and one of them is the danger that it causes to your own health. Oftentimes, in order to achieve weight loss in the timeframe, there are people who decide to stop eating for several days.

    If you want rapid weight loss, starving yourself is not really an intelligent move. A better way is to reduce your food consumption and make sure that the foods you are eating are the healthy kind.

    One other problem often linked with rapid weight loss is taking weight loss pills and other weight loss products. While some of these products really are effective, and even harmless, there are those that can pose serious risk to your health.

    If you do decide to take weight loss pills, make sure you do so properly; do not misuse or abuse them. Make it a point to research any weight loss product thoroughly before you buy and use it.

    You need to know as much as you can about the weight loss product. Read the reviews given by those who have tried it, or better yet ask the opinion of your doctor.

    Unexpected events may definitely push you to seek the easiest and fastest way to lose weight but you should also consider your own health in the process. More often than not, you have at least a month to prepare for an important event.

    Use the time wisely, and start the waiting period by losing those unwanted pounds if that is what you wish. But as much as possible, refrain from rapid weight loss because it may cause you more than what you bargain for.

And secondly, that regular day off will allow you to eat whatever you want on a regular basis which will make it easier for you to deal with any cravings you may have on your other dieting days. Just remember that on your day off you’ll be able to eat it! Save all of your cheating for that one day. This will bring you great success.
