About this ebook

By the end of my 30s I had the acne I had in my adolescence. I am 5'6”. Not tall. And, though I have always eaten my fill three times a day, I have always burned fast what I eat and have never weighed more than 125 lbs.

My best guess in regard to my acne is that as a fast burner of calories I never kept the fat that would otherwise store the toxins we enjoy in our food to enhance smell and taste. So my body seems to only have the option to become inflamed at any of the pollution that renders our food delicious.

I am qualified to present neither science nor medical advice. But starting your own dedicated research is only your next web search away. In regard to the kind of nutritional research available to the public, when the banking crisis erupted to trigger what we call the Great Recession, the new life of a temp worker gave me the time to tinker with my diet. In this presentation of what I have learned, you are of course welcome to any shortcuts or other benefits as it overlaps with whatever research and tinkering you conduct on your own.
