- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Interesting concept. Unfortunately I don’t think the recipes were tested. Many of the gnocchi recipes lack eggs and the flour is half of what I would normally use. The potato gnocchi recipe dough was so sticky I couldn’t even roll them. Also, the design of the measurements is center justified and very confusing to figure out how to read quantities.
