    When it comes to the vegan diet and lifestyle, there isn’t enough information available and the information that we do get is oftentimes incorrect or fails to paint the full picture. As a result, these misconceptions have become truth in many eyes which can easily stand in the way of health. Most of what we know comes from companies and organizations which have a stake in the market, making it hard to trust the information they give us.
