I like games like Star Craft™ and Dead Island™ – great plot, all types of weapons, lots of team play, and plenty of action! In games like these you’re put in a crisis situation that demands strategy, intuition, and teamwork. They take intelligence, courage, and curiosity. If you want to win, you have to remain calm, think straight, and be willing to use all the tools you have to win!
Games come with instructions, advice from previous users, and a huge pool of Internet resources to help you play and win the game. So is it so strange to need instructions for life? The circumstances change, but the end goal is the same - win. Couldn’t we do better if we had some useful resources to play and win the game of life?
Cliché, I know, but the point is that we come into this game with little information about who we are, who the other players are, how the game should played, what our particular role is, and what tools or skills are useful and permitted to win the game.
The objective in most video games is to defeat the enemy, right the injustices, and retake the land. What is the goal in life? If you ask ten people, you’ll get at least fifteen different answers. If we sat down to talk about it, we could make up an impressive list of things we’d like to have, do, and see. And if we took the discussion one step further, what would we
