      I won this book from Ms. Fielding and although this is the second book I reviewed for her, her stories keep getting better and better! Sorrel Amery knew that most men were no good after all thanks with the females in her family had a bad track record with men taking advantage of them. taking what they wanted and leaving them penniless. She and her two sisters had different dads and they never knew their names as their mom would never say and their fathers never stuck around long enough to see them. After she went to college, she started her own business relying on Ria's unique flavors of ices that had he clients raving. She unlocked the back door and looked in her friend's freezer to get the ices for her to make the summer event the talk of the town with Ria's champagne sorbet, but she soon learned she had went into hiding and the taxes hadn't been paid. Now Ria's asset had been frozen and that left her high and dry! To top it all Ria's young boy top refused to let her take the ices that she stupidly paid cash for..Alexander West was pole axed when he saw a very nice hinny almost in the freezer and he leaned on the door frame to get a better look at the short skirt, but once she turned around he couldn't help but tease her as she thought he and Ria were a couple and he wasn't in any hurry to tell her otherwise. not with the fire in her eyes scorching him.

      couldn't understand much... not clear. I couldn't finish. maybe it's just me but..... and the beginning was just a loooooong conversation. not a captivating first chapter....
