About this ebook

Welcome to the “Redneck Riviera”!

Or, as many people call it, the “Forgotten Coast.”

Once you visit this quiet area of the Florida Panhandle, however, you’ll never forget it, I promise you. This part of Florida has nothing in common with South Beach and Miami, and the people here prefer it that way.

Here’s you’ll fine a complete guide (updated a couple of times a year) for everything you need to experience a great Long Weekend in Apalachicola.

You’ll love the area’s wide beaches, the low-key lifestyle and the endless supply of great seafood.

“We’ve always preferred the Florida Panhandle to other parts of the West Coast—it’s less crowded, the people are more down-to-earth and the prices are cheaper. We found a couple of nice restaurants in this Guide we hadn’t known about before.”
--- Louise S., Boston

“Was really happy with the restaurant selection—and the shortness of the book. I got everything I needed to know in no time at all. We checked out 2 of the inns and chose the second one we visited. No filler and fluff in this handy guide.”
--- Charleen H., Chattanooga

You'll save a lot of time using this concise guide.

=Lodgings, variously priced

=Fine & budget restaurants, more than enough listings to give you a sense of the variety to be found.

=Principal attractions -- don't waste your precious time on the lesser ones. We've done all the work for you.

=A handful of interesting shopping ideas.
