About this ebook
View From A Hill is a short collection of poems inspired by the magical countryside of West Dorset in England. I live on the side of a hill which is surrounded by a range of hills, many of which have ancient hill forts at their summits.
In these poems I imagine a world still influenced by ancient gods and the fairy folk. It starts with a revelation experienced looking out over Lyme Bay and ends with the realisation of what I am losing by leaving such a place.

I'm Tony and I used to write when I was young and then life got in the way. Let's hope it's not too late to make some impression with what I write. I'm not giving up this time round that's for sure but I may take breaks :)I'm not much into social media so don't expect any guff from me. I'm bit of a recluse living in a forest in South Wales with a very variable mobile phone connection.
