    The other day guests turned up unannounced and I had nothing in the house to cook for them, except baby potatoes and of course, yoghurt, which is always available in my fridge. I tried to create a dish and as luck would have it, it turned out delicious. I tried to remember the exact ingredients and the quantities so that I could repeat it when needed.
