    MEAL 1: Avocado and Cucumber Smoothie

    Preparation time: 5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 ½ pieces of medium sized avocado, skin and seeds removed½ cup of cucumber, chopped

    4-5 ice cubes

    1 teaspoon lemon juice

    2 teaspoon sea salt

    Procedure:

    1. Put all the ingredients together and blend with the help of a blender. Decorate with a piece of sliced lemon.
