    MEAL 1- Pork chops in strawberry sauce

    Introduction:

    Pork chops can be a favorite item for many. This recipe includes pork chops and a yummy strawberry sauce that will complement the taste of the pork. This is an easy and fast recipe that might be served to your family, as well as to guests, who will definitely admire your culinary skills.

    Preparation time: 10 minutes

    Cooking time: 20 minutes

    Serves: 6 persons

    Ingredients:

    1. 6 oz. of boneless pork loin chops centre cut,

    2. ¾ teaspoon sea salt,

    3. 3/4 teaspoon black pepper,

    4. 1 ½ tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary,

    5. 1 ½ teaspoons of garlic paste,

    6. 2 tablespoon olive oil divided into two parts 2: 1 ratio for the pork dish and the side dish,

    7. 2 cups of strawberry pulp,

    8. ½ cup of balsamic vinegar,

    9. 2 tablespoons of fresh honey.

    Preparation of pork chops:

    1. Marinate the park chops with salt, olive oil, black pepper, rosemary and garlic paste. Rub ingredients on both sides and lay over the grid of a microwave/oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit; put on grill mode for 20 minutes.

    2. Change sides while it is being cooked.

    3. Remove when it is ready and has changed color.

    4. Lay the pork chops in equal proportion onto 6 dishes.

    5. Take a stock pan and boil strawberry pulp with balsamic vinegar and honey for 10 minutes till it becomes an even thick liquid.

    6. Pour the strawberry sauce over the pork chops in the dishes.

    Accompanying side dish: Roasted green beans

    1. 1 ½ lbs of green beans trimmed,

    2. ½ teaspoon of garlic paste,

    3. Olive oil already divided into proportions,

    4. 1/4 teaspoon salt,

    5. 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.

    Procedure:

    1. Take the beans and marinate with pepper and salt.

    2. Spread olive oil on them.

    3. Heat oven at 400 degree Fahrenheit and roast beans for 8 minutes on either side.

    4. Serve over six plates where the pork chops are already laid out.

    Enjoy the awesome meal of pork chops with strawberry sauce accompanied by roasted green beans.

    Calorie count: Per servings of the main dish contains – 310 calories and side contains- 50 calories.

    Total calorie count per servings is: 361 calories.

    MEAL 2- Chipotle meat balls and veggies

    Introduction:

    Meat balls prepared from ground beef are truly an excellent combination. A meal prepared with meat balls and veggie sauce is not only a low calories Paleo meal, but it’s a healthy meal as well. Try this recipe and I guarantee you will definitely attain your target weight and stay energetic as well.

    Preparation time: 10 minutes

    Cooking time: 15 minutes

    Serves: 6 persons

    Ingredients:

    1. 2 lbs. of ground sirloin, [Def: Ground sirloin : 90 to 92 percent lean / 8 to 10 percent fat]

    2. 1 teaspoon of garlic paste,

    3. 1 teaspoon of sea salt divided into 1:1 ratio for the main and side dish,

    4. 1 teaspoon of black pepper divided into 1:1 ratio for the main and side dish,

    5. 2 onions medium sized,

    6. 1 cup of tomato pulp,

    7. 2 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce,

    8. 1 teaspoon paprika,

    9. 1 ½ tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro,

    10. ½ cup carrots chopped,

    11. ½ cup radishes chopped,

    12. 3/4 cup chopped spring onions,

    13. 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

    Procedure for chipotle meat balls:

    1. Mix the ground beef, salt, pepper and make dough.
