    For twenty long years, Lord Suraken Daranis has lived under the shadow of his domineering wife Yasmina. Trapped in a loveless and bitter marriage, his only happiness comes from his personal collection of rare magical artifacts and books, his collection of great things. He spends most of his time in his private study to escape Yasmina's constant arguing and bickering. But when some nobles from a neighboring city are invited over for dinner, Suraken finds himself drawn into a series of events that will send his world crashing down around him.
