About this ebook

Codename Diana

CIA field agent Paige Aster hides a cunning intelligence and lethal skill behind a mask of golden beauty. It serves her well as she moves from one undercover assignment to the next.

Current Mission

Retrieve a stolen United States military defense program from a terrorist cell in Dublin, Ireland, before they trade it to Islamic extremists in exchange for munitions. Her only back up on this time-sensitive mission is a deeply embedded MI-6 operative.

Her Asset

Eoin Fitzpatrick has sacrificed everyone he holds dear to bring these terrorists to justice. He’ll sacrifice Diana, too, if she threatens to compromise his mission or his cover. He has orders to do just that – his agency is only doing hers a favor.

Compromised?

Paige expects danger, but welcomes passion—taking her pleasure where and when it’s offered. She’s not prepared for the effect Eoin has on her. Or what happens when she surrenders to him—Paige burns for Eoin but will he leave her burned...

    Chapter One

Michel’s hands slid down Paige’s back and cupped her firm ass as he lifted her to fit him better. She grabbed his face and pulled his lips to her breast. Her head fell back and the low sigh that hummed through her stretched throat turned to a growl as her cell phone chimed She's A Grand Ole Flag.

"Une minute, bébé, j'ai à prendre cet appel." One minute, baby, I have to take this call. She flipped open the phone. Go.

Diana, you are needed in Dublin immediately. The curt voice of her superior, Mr. Daniels, thrummed over the line. Paige had the distinct impression he knew what he had interrupted and found it distasteful. The use of her code name indicated she’d been activated. Thank God. But regardless of the fact she’d welcome a field assignment right now, she didn’t appreciate her boss’s timing.

I am on vacation. One I took at your insistence. She viewed Michel’s finely sculpted ass with regret as he strolled to the room service cart. But Daniels must have good reason to have activated her before she’d completed the leave he’d forced her to take. She sighed. Who’s my contact?

You are not alone, Diana. You know better than to discuss sensitive information in an insecure environment. Daniels’s ability to sound like an uptight elementary school teacher never failed to equally amuse and annoy her. But she’d hacked into his records and peeked at the parts that hadn’t been redacted and knew just how lethal the quiet, unassuming man could be.

How do you know I am not alone? Waving a hand, she dismissed her own question. Never mind, don’t answer that. It doesn’t matter. He doesn’t speak English. And before you ask how I know that, I am pretty confident he would have at least blushed when I told him—in English—that he had a small pecker. But then, maybe he just doesn’t care that his dick is smaller than average. I sure as hell didn’t.

Call me when you are alone.

Well, if Daniels didn’t disapprove before, he sure as hell does now. Paige laughed and dropped her cell to the plush carpeting. She took advantage of any and every opportunity to goad her boss. The pursuit was one of life’s little delights. Swinging her legs off the bed, she stood and stretched her long, sleek body in one graceful motion.

"I am sorry, bébé, but I will have to take a rain check. Duty calls." She spoke in fluent French, her accent cultured. Few people would believe she’d grown up in a tiny row home in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. Fewer still would believe she worked as a field agent for the Central Intelligence Agency. Her education had been well funded by the United States government.

Michel crossed to her, still erect, his intentions quite clear. His lean, muscled form, strong arms and legs, and clever,
