      Wow, what a story. You kind of wish it was made up, but sadly you know it's real. Why didn't he leave when he knew he harmful to another human being, why didn't he leave...

      I had to skip through this book although it is well written. I just couldn’t see how anyone despite any upbringing could put themselves through this. Whatever background we have we always have a duty of care towards ourselves. There’s nothing wrong with this book but why stay? I’m sure she is a lovely lady but I just cannot understand and I found it difficult reading.
