When I read this book I felt like God had abandoned me.I had met John and heard him speak a couple of times at my church, and I liked his manner and faith. After reading this I discovered that God does not lead us into the wilderness to fail or forsake us, but to teach us, to test our hearts and to prepare us for what He wants us to do and become.

This is a powerful book. One of the best books that I've ever read. If you're in a dry place in your life, I definitely recommend that you read it, you will truly be blessed.
