      HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS BOOK

      If you really want to get the most out of this book, there are a few things you need to know & do.

      First off, this is a compilation of never seen before emails sent to me and my group(s) The Ghost Education & Research Center & The South Texas Ghost Hunters Alliance asking for help with alleged paranormal activity. Are they telling the truth? The only way is by us following up with them and conducting a paranormal investigation. Due to confidentiality, we can’t disclose our findings but I did share my personal insight into what I’ve noticed over the last 12 years investigating these cases.

      I agree, some of these stories sound exaggerated and made up but they were copied as-is and the only way we would know is by probing further in follow up emails and ultimately by investigating. Thankfully, 99% of all the cases we’ve been on had something paranormal happen. If you pay attention, there are a few telling things that are consistent with all these emails… there are patterns in the paranormal activity that regardless of the sender, if you look for them, you’ll see them. This info is invaluable to those who are serious about studying and understanding paranormal activity.

      If you’re a fellow paranormal investigator you’ll know these patterns from cases you’ve probably been on. That’s how we can tell if the person sending us these emails is more than likely telling us the truth. We’ll even drop clues in the follow up statement at the end of each email called Steven’s Thoughts.

      Second, regardless your beliefs, please keep an open mind to possibilities that might contradict your upbringing, teachings, or beliefs. Some things exist whether you believe in them or not. Things DO go bump in the night and we wouldn’t still be here, helping people if this wasn’t real. We’re not asking you to believe, just be mindful that we’re still helping people because we get to witness things that will blow most people’s minds. We’ve been around long before popular ghost shows came on the air and we’ll be around long after. Google us and you’ll find we’ve been helping others for free since 2001.

      Ask yourself… what if it’s not game over when we die? What if life continues on (just without a body?) We don’t have the answers but we’re pioneers in this field, we’re searching for the answers and in this book, not only will I show you the emails we received but I will talk about something related to the email/investigation. Due to confidentiality – we did change the names/locations of the people in the letters so there’s no easy way to identify someone.

      Also, at the request of many readers feedback from the last book, sentence structure & grammatical errors were corrected (for the most part) in this one without changing the meat and potatoes of what’s going on. I’ve included a definitions page towards the end of the book for quick access and to understand what’s being said.

      Oh, for grins and giggles, there’s a lot of Easter eggs or tributes, montages, or hints in the titles of things we like. Hopefully you’ll get a kick out of them.

      I hope you enjoy reading this book and thank you so much for the success of the first book. Without you guys wanting more, this book wouldn’t have been possible. :-)

      DRAMA QUEEN

      I was so thankful to find your site and be able to have the chance to email someone about what has been going on in my home. I am a single mother of four children, ages 13, 11, almost 10 and 8. I have two girls and two boys. The girls are the older ones. I also am living with a partner.

      Three of us in the house have experienced strange things, and after today I am convinced that something is going on, but I am not sure what.

      I will start with mentioning that the house I'm living in is about 17 years old and I am at least the 3rd owner that I know of. I do not know of any bad things happening before I bought the house in Feb 2001.

      About 6 to 8 months ago, my oldest daughter told me that while she was in the shower the water all of the sudden went cold. My immediate thought was that she had somehow used up all the warm water, which actually never happened before, but I thought that was probably the case.

      She told me No, that was not the case. She said that the knob had actually turned to cold and that she could not move the handle back, as if something or someone had turned it and was holding it there. This happened on a few occasions.

      I really didn’t get too excited about it because my daughter can be a little dramatic, so I just figured she was trying to get attention.

      The next odd thing concerning the shower (and happening to that same daughter) was this: One night she comes running out of the bathroom (about four weeks ago) in her towel telling me that she is never showering in that bathroom again because someone was singing in her ear!

      Not long after that she calls me on my cell phone crying one night while I am out shopping and she is home alone. She tells me that she saw a scary looking woman standing behind her and she saw this in her mirror that hangs on the back of her bedroom door. I told her to get out of the house and that I would drive there and pick her up. When I pulled into the driveway I expected to see her come running to my car, but instead, she was still in the house.

      I go in to find her huddled on her bed. She says that when she went to turn the doorknob to leave her bedroom, something knocked on her door and she got so scared that she went back to the bed to wait for me to get home.

      A few days later, my second daughter asks me if I am whistling? I tell her No, I am not whistling. She says she heard whistling in the hallway by her bedroom, which is right by the aforementioned bathroom. My kids have been away from the house for the past four weeks in California visiting their dad. (We are divorced.) Since then, I have been experiencing some weird things.

      One night a few weeks ago I was awakened to my name being called softly three times and something was softly stroking my arm. I wasn't scared at all that time, but today when I got back from the doctor, I freaked out.

      I opened my front door to find that every single light had been turned on in my house.... EVERY SINGLE ONE! Even the lights in my closet, and the bedside table lamps and all the ceiling lights... even in the kid’s bedrooms.

      I got so scared I started crying. I have heard creaking and felt presences like something is behind me and all, but never seen anything. The closest I have come to seeing anything lately is what happened today with all the lights being turned on.

      The funny thing is, the light switches were up on the wall switches and the lights in the ceiling are part of a ceiling fan in some rooms and must be turned on with pull chains.

      I have come home to find the door from the house to the garage wide open; sometimes the freezer door is wide open in the mornings, etc.

      The last thing I would like to mention is that my oldest daughter has woken up in the middle of the night with her TV turned on to a Fuzzy channel and she saw a small glowing ball in the center of her room.

      I am at a loss. I want to know what is going on. I guess I should also mention that back in March of 1998 I had a very scary experience one night.

      I was awakened out of a dead sleep feeling paralyzed... I have read that we sometimes have sleep paralysis, so I guess I was hoping that maybe what happened next was a dream. But I have not forgotten it at all.

      I awoke and saw a black figure coming towards me... it floated through the air and came down to me and went straight through my chest... I know that sounds odd.... it sent my whole body vibrating wildly like electricity.... I could only utter the words Jesus help me three times and it stopped.

      I was so terrified and I do not know to this day what it was. I have not had anything like that happen to me since that time in 1998 but thought I would mention it. Also I do not live in that house where this occurred but I do live very close to it, one street over in fact. If you think you can help me or give me any further information, I would be so appreciative. I am scared to be in my house alone these days.
