- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I didn't value the book. Too elementary to my liking . Few references to other sources of wisdom on this topic. Sounds like a sermon, meant to entertain rather than lead the reader into new ways of thinking.

These essays include topics such as addressing what value the human body has, the benefit of valuing a spiritual mind, the value of spiritual construction, the value of your spiritual worth, and a dozen more. Values of a Spiritual Mind also gives insights on how a spiritual mind relates to the human needs in life. How important is our health to a spiritual mind?
