About this ebook
Keller L. Coleman IV, better known as “Coach Keller,” went from Blue Collar to Businessman
because he made a plan and made it happen.
Many people have dreams and make plans they don’t know how to execute; hence they never come to fruition. I want to empower you to live the life of your dreams, not just by making a plan, but by seeing it through and making it happen. In this book, I give you the five steps I used to go from Blue Collar Worker to a successful Businessman.
Five Steps to Empower Your Life:
1. Pray and ask the Lord for guidance.
2. Read things you are passionate about.
3. Find leaders in the market you like.
4. Read their biographies, stories, and journeys.
5. Practice the lessons you’ve learned in their books.
Keller Coleman
Born and raised in Detroit, MI, Coach Keller has been in business working and instructing people with success strategies for over 10 years. Coach Keller is a highly-motivated person who loves to help people bring out the success in their lives. “I have been mentoring and coaching people for numerous years. People naturally have been drawn to me by my humor and my charm. Whenever there has been a need, problem, different insight needed, people always have sought me out to help them achieve their goals and desires. I love helping people. I love bringing the leader that is within them out.” Coach Keller is a community activist working with community-based organizations that helps residents on the east side of Detroit, Michigan. Coach Keller supports the young men’s mentoring group of Pershing High School in Detroit, The Brothers in Transition, directed by Coach Don Henderson. This mentoring group helps young men in high school, from ages 14-18, and steers them in the right direction. Coach Keller also supports the Pershing Men’s football team along with the Pershing High School cheerleaders. Coach Keller is president of the Pershing Network, which has two divisions: a business side and a social networking side. Coach Keller loves bowling and the arts. He has eight children and (so far!) one grandchild. Coach Keller is active at his church, Gethsemane Apostolic Church of God pastored by District Elder Kevin Harrison. Coach Keller is actively involved with the sound ministry and is also a musician (drummer).

Testimonials
I wanted to take the time to write and tell you how much I enjoyed your first publication
From Blue Collar to Businessman. I'm saying over and over again to myself and others,
Make a plan, make it happen." These are truly words to live by that require action. And you provide a clear path to make it happen.
"You introduced yourself, helping readers to relate to where you started. You share some of life's drama and a powerful transformation.
It's clear that you have passion and intent when you tell your story and provide a blueprint for others to duplicate.
This is most certainly a definite imprint in your community and insight into your greatness evolving. I cannot wait to see, hear, and read what's next for Coach Keller Coleman."
- Jolette Walton, Business Owner. Southfield, Michigan
"Coach Keller Coleman is a man with a big heart and a ton of faith in his fellow man. He has lived the life of the common man, has slipped as we all do, and can relate to the daily personal challenges we all face each and every day.
In his book, From Blue Collar to Businessman,
Coach Keller is very transparent about his upbringing and home life. You know exactly where he has evolved from and the obstacles he has overcome in his life. He admits he has made mistakes and yet he offers a solid five-step plan to help you avoid hurt and frustration.
If you need a solid coach to have your back, Coach Keller will always be there for you!"
- Doug Evans, Success Coach, Author, Communicator
