I have lived in Orlando for over 10 years and have worked at all the theme parks, from retail to entertainment to management. My hopes is that this guide will help save you and your family some time and money. I am just like everyone else and hate to spend more money when there is a way for me to be spending less. The best way to enjoy this guide is to read the entire book from cover to cover, and learn from someone who is in the city all year round. You can go off of hotel and airline web sites but they are not in the middle of all the action. I use knowledge from people who live in the center of a town where around every corner there are attractions, restaurants, clubs, shops and more. Do you think these people pay full price or wait in lines? No way, this is why I am going to share this info with you so you can have a more enjoyable trip. I made this guide so that people would not have to spend hours searching for deals and info about Orlando but instead read this eBook and have enough knowledge to have more time and money to spend with their family.

    Chapter 1

    Preparing to visit Orlando

Trips can be a lot of work and be very expensive. Planning ahead is a great way to save time and money once you are at your destination. First thing is planning when you would like to go on your vacation. This is info only people who live and work in Orlando know about. These are the times of the year that the parks have a low occupancy, the hotels drop in price and the discounts role out. The Dates listed are the dates during that month that is the best time to visit Orlando. January:5th-31st,February:1-28,March:1-18, April:1-10, May:1-20, June:1-15,July:CROWDED.August: 20-31,September:6-30,October:1-31, November:1-19,December:1-8.Numbers vary based on dates of holidays and spring, summer and winter breaks for schools. Do not assume that these are exact dates, use only as a rough estimate. So as you can see there is a good amount of time that you can plan a vacation so you are not in traffic or long lines for rides, for most of your trip. Now please note that this guide is to help you if you decide to travel at peak or non-peak seasons. Now that you have picked a date it is time to think about your way of transportation to get to Orlando. Plane travel is best if you are more than a state away from Florida.
