    INTRODUCTION

    As I admitted in my first book Got Sugar?, I'm a sugar fiend. I love to have my sweet treats. I love them so much, I'll make and eat them on a daily basis. But this doesn't mean that my health gets compromised and my time goes to waste as I indulge in these devilish treats.

    I'm an average, modern girl who wants to make everything happen. I balance a full schedule of running my own business, taking care of my family as a single mom and exercising regularly. I’ve trained for 2 marathons and won Wipeout on these meals and I’m very aware of balance. Throughout my busy life, I want to make the most of time with my family as well as finding quality time for maintaining my health and cooking up some great memories in the kitchen.

    Throughout these recipes you'll find loads of time-saving tips. We modern gals are rushed to no end. It's been great sharing tips with my own friends in order to learn and help each other make the most of our time. Now I'm really excited to share these time-saving strategies with you. With these time-saving tips, even the busiest woman will find a way to make a sweet treat for herself and her family at the end of a long day.
