If ever so powerful is what I say. Upon answering the S.T.O.R.Y. to my life exactly confirmed that I am finally living out my God given purpose, passion and gifts. I will use this book to help others be set free and discover "The Divine" plan God gave them since being a child. It's never too late with God!

Inspiring. Motivating. Firing up the desire to do my best in my ordinary work as an act of worship to the God who created me and gave that job to me.

A process for discovering your passions and abilities in God's kingdom. This is not a book about introspection. Rather it is an exhortation to review your life history to identify what you've done in the past to understand what you might do well for God in the future. Lucado tells us to take risks and serve through our passions by being faithful at our current jobs while exploring new paths.

It was while reading this book that God spoke to me about our school's theme for 2007. The idea that God knows us intimately - our sins, our evil and depravved hearts yet loves us - and sent His Son to die for us while we were His enemies, was brought to me afresh. He knows me, and in Christ, God has made Himself known. This is the theme for my school in 2007!

YOUR SWEET SPOT

 (YOU HAVE ONE!)

Each person is given something to do that shows who God is.

—1 Corinthians 12:7 MSG

Sweet spot. Golfers understand the term. So do tennis players. Ever swung a baseball bat or paddled a Ping-Pong ball? If so, you know the oh-so-nice feel of the sweet spot. Connect with these prime inches of real estate and kapow! The collective technologies of the universe afterburn the ball into orbit, leaving you Frisbee-eyed and strutting. Your arm doesn’t tingle, and the ball doesn’t ricochet. Your boyfriend remembers birthdays, the tax refund comes early, and the flight attendant bumps you up to first class. Life in the sweet spot rolls like the downhill side of a downwind bike ride.

But you don’t have to swing a bat or a club
