Good one . I had already quit smoking when I read this book. So it could really picture what I've been through .And it was right. But actually I wanted to read it in order to encourage my father to do it right . It changed my mind on a few false assumptions that I was planning to do , like using "e-cigarettes" . And the idea of the going "cold turkey" instead of quitting gradually . So if you want to quit yourself , it's a really good book , not too long. What's best is that it's practical and includes checklists you can fill in . But if you are willing to help a loved one quit , it might not be the perfect book as it coaches you in the final pages of the book . But overall it gives you very good info on what your loved one should go through .
