Dr. Deanna Minich (www.drdeannaminich.com) is a wellness expert and author of five books. Having had health issues in her teens and twenties, she looked for solutions to feel better and understand her relationship with food. She embarked upon a scientific path to study nutritional biochemistry, while at the same time, explored other disciplines like psychology, spirituality, and philosophy. Minich, Ph.D., C.N. I learned a lot from reviewing this great 265 page helper. It made sense for me in a big way because I knew my body was made up from energy and that food is made up from energy so it stands to reason that the right energies combined would make a healthier more vibrant me, and the wrong ones could cause blockages and dis-ease. Along with the astounding and immense information about how everything blends together, even down to the chakras they connect through, even food colors make a difference. I was able to see some well presented graphs that summed it all up for me and helped me to see at a glance which disease and foods were connected to the different chakras and what food would help free up the flow. I would recommend this exceptionally beneficial teacher to absolutely everyone, because it does put a new spin on the saying, you are what you eat.
