It reveals the insidious nature of pornography, gives you a quick, shocking sneak peek behind the production scenes, and sheds light on the controversy of the mentioned addiction. You will hear about topics such as:
- How enormous the problem has become, and why it's a problem in the first place.
- The main reasons why pornography harms yourself, your family, and the people portrayed in the images and videos.
- Brain psychology and how the overdose of dopamine can shrink your frontal cortex and impair you to use common sense.
- How the cycle of addiction keeps its victims ensnared in its evil clutches and how stress factors contribute to relapses.
- Tips and tricks to reverse the process, seek help, avoid temptation, and resist the urge to give into the addiction.
- Encouraging words to give addicts hope, and several anecdotes to success stories.
- A brief explanation and reference to the 12-step-program that has helped thousands of addicts recover.
With this and much more information and details, you'll get a grasp of the seriousness of pornography addiction, and at the same time, you'll understand how to help those who are trying to break free and get their life back on track.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It appears as if we are dealing with a professional here. The narrator's production was to die for. Surprisingly good. That's what I feel. The articulation of the words in this specific book was terrific, along with all the info contained in it. Based upon that, I am really glad that I bought the book. It was worth my time.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I love how the content is so clear and easy to understand. How it impacts the addict’s life and family as well as suggestions to overcome the addiction. I love the discernment about the lies the devil tell but can be defeated by the truths, hope and Word of God, Father on Jesus Christ. For all sexual/porn addicts, it is never too late to change and healing is possible with God.
Just approx 1 hour long is perfect! Thank you!! - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Eye opening into my life. Great book good read. ??
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is very instructive and worthwhile. Honest conversation all through from the author... I'll listen to this again!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Is pretty decent. The thing I would like to point out is the author assumes that the reader/listener is married. So the implication is if you are using porn it's an insult to your wife. The thing is single men struggle with porn I think at least as much but perhaps worse but it goes unchecked because there is no loved one to pull you up on this. It is really an unhealthy addiction. When I was growing up porn was less available. The fact that it can be streamed on a phone is so crazy. Even kids can watch it and no one talks about this. I think it's accessibility to children is actually intentional but that's another topic all together.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Very good helpful tools to prevent from temptations of pornography, splendid and fabulous work.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5at first I thought the author was leaning too much in to the religion aspect of the problem. However, it was surprisingly insightful, carries facts and logic that may help anyone who is trying to quit pornography.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A good book with an amazing insight to some of the things we find that bring us down. One thing, you can fall from one addiction to another.
A lot of things to draw from this book. Read it yourself.
